We are going to implement the CIE program next year in our school and I would like you to provide me some ideas of the best way to make this possible without affecting the learning process of the students

Why is there still such a major educational and financial gap between the CELTA and the DELTA courses? How are newly "trained" teachers really supposed to complete CPD in the interim? On the job training and online forums can assist, but often the next step in career development is way beyond many underpaid TEFL/TESOL teachers. Why doesn't Cambridge have a logical and staged progression between the levels and not the TKT, which is a sideways move?

We'd be happy to hear any suggestions you have as to how we can improve - cet.support@cambridge.org We have also just launched our Institutional model as we know that in many cases it is the Institution who pays for development.
