Helping teenagers to remember new language - Consultant

Talk
Herbert Puchta

In this week's Consultant Forum, Herbert Puchta, your Consultant for Young Learners, will be discussing helping teenagers to remember vocabulary. He provides valuable insights into why teenagers particularly can find this difficult and what we as teachers can do to help them remember language more efficiently.

He considers the process of memorisation, factors which can impact upon this such as engagement with content and also introduces two ways of remembering language efficiently in what I term a 'minds-on' way of learning.
